In order to assist you in finding the right fit for your Board Gaming needs we use the following categories to identify the contents of all our Pre-Loved items. Please note that these are not a category of condition and all our items are Pre-Loved so even the NEW items may have some cosmetic damage.
NEW – a brand new item that is still in its original wrapping
LIKE NEW – an item that is complete and has some of its contents still sealed, or unused
COMPLETE – all parts are complete as per the rules packet
PLAYABLE – some parts may be missing, however it does not affect the playability of the game. Some parts may have been spares in the first instance, or may be obtained online (in the case of game rules)
PARTS – the item is incomplete, it would require additional parts to be able to play

STORAGE & LABELLING
Storing and handling Pre-Loved items can offer unique challenges. Finding a game that is almost 70 years old can be exhilarating, or that one title you remember from your childhood may bring back memories of long evenings spent with friends and family.
But all of that may mean little if we don't show appreciation and value for the items in our care. On taking some feedback we have devised a labelling system that will enable us to continue to attend our face-to-face commitments, while ensuring we do no damage to the items in our catalogue.
We have implemented a system using sturdy card, to either wrap an item or to insert in the corner of a box lid.
From there we are able to label as needed for our events.
We will continue to label the following types of item; all Brand New items that are still sealed, as the wrapping itself will protect the item from any damage that the label(s) may cause, and some card games that have a plastic case that is not prone to damage from labelling.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING
All items will be dispatched at the latest; the next working day after payment has been received.
All our items will be securely packaged in one of two ways:
For single purchases the item will be packaged in brown parcel paper or a suitable padded envelope, where necessary the edges will be taped off to protect the purchased item from further wear and tear.
For multiple purchases the items will be sent in a sturdy packing box with additional packing material added as needed.
All our items are sent through Royal Mail, using a service that offers tracking and/or delivery confirmation. This is to protect both parties should the package go awry or suffer damage after dispatch.
We are sorry that at this time we cannot fulfil orders from outside the UK.
